A well-built Japanese 35mm SLR from Nikon's consumer-oriented Nikkormat line, the FT was produced in the late 1960s and is known for its solid all-metal construction and compatibility with the full range of Nikon F-mount lenses. This example comes body-only with a Nikon body cap, the original fitted Nikkormat leather ever-ready case with strap, and an additional worn leather neck strap.
The body shows significant wear u2014 scratching and scuffing on the top plate and chrome. The ever-ready case is well-worn with scuffing and edge wear throughout but is structurally intact and retains the gold "Nikkormat" lettering on the front.
